This is KCL Engineering’s fourth year being recognized as a Des Moines Register Top Workplace and the company's highest ranking to date. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, and gives employees a voice in shaping the perception of KCL Engineering.
